President Bola Tinubu faces legal action as the Federal High Court in Abuja allows former presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to serve him with court papers related to an eligibility challenge. The court granted Atiku’s request to serve Tinubu through the All Progressives Congress (APC), following a suit alleging Tinubu submitted forged certificates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
